Johanna Jurgens has woven her story through diverse cultures, including her teenage years in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where she first discovered her love for theatre. Later, she continued her journey in the creative world, immersing herself in the vibrant arts scene of Berlin, Germany.
Fluent in Portuguese and in Spanish, she possesses the unique ability to communicate and connect with a wide range of individuals, believing that language is a powerful tool to bridge cultural gaps and establish meaningful connections.
Drawing inspiration from the legendary Eleonora Duse, Johanna aspires to channel raw and genuine emotions on stage. With a multidisciplinary education encompassing Psychology, International Relations, History, and Theatre, she deepened her understanding of the psychological aspects of acting during a two-year conservatory program at William Esper in New York City. This diverse background equips her with a rich skill set, ready to be applied in a creative and collaborative environment.
